Pre-Vacation Service - Includes light cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, wipe down, etc…), set thermostats at specified temperatures, check of appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting fixtures to confirm operation, turn-on lights, lift curtains and turn on ice maker. Fresh flowers, wine, snacks, or a hot meal will be waiting for the property owner upon arrival.

Post-Vacation Service - Includes cleaning (spray and wipe down of sinks, counters, tubs and showers, etc…), clean out of refrigerator, turn off and clean out ice maker, trash removal, set thermostats to low temperatures, lower curtains, set lights on timers, and securing of home.

House Cleaning Service - Our staff can handle all of the property owner’s cleaning needs- from light housekeeping to full house cleanings.

Laundry Service – Your Last Detail will gather, wash, dry, and fold any laundry at the request of the property owner. Dry cleaning services are also available.

Trash Service – Your Last Detail will set out and place back the property owner’s trashcans after their departure on the day of their trash service.

Window Cleaning Service – Your Last Detail uses a professional window cleaning service, which we will arrange and oversee.

Carpet Cleaning Service – Your Last Detail uses a professional carpet cleaning company. Their services range from light spot cleaning to full carpet cleaning through out the home.

Maintenance Services – Your Last Detail will arrange and oversee the property owner’s maintenance needs. Including electrical, plumbing, roof, garage, driveway, spa, etc…

Mechanical Inspections –Your Last Detail will perform a yearly professional inspection. We will arrange, oversee, and follow up with this service annually.

Automobile Maintenance Service – Your Last Detail will take care of all routine maintenance needs of the property owner’s automobiles before arrival.

Golf Cart Maintenance Service – Your Last Detail will clean, charge, and perform routine maintenance on the property owner’s golf carts.

Winter Proofing Service – This includes the arrangement and overseeing of winterizing of the property owner’s home for the below freezing temperatures experienced during the winter in Gunnison County. This also includes the un-winterization of the property as well.

Snow Shoveling Service – Your Last Detail will shovel all the property owner’s walks, decks and stoops prior to their arrival and during their stay.

Plow Service - We can arrange to have a trusted and professional plow service, prepare the property owner’s driveway for their arrival and during their stay.

Security Inspections - A police officer/security guard will be on call to handle security inspections of the property owner’s home.

Alarm Call Outs – Your Last Detail will be the property owner’s contact for alarm calls.

Firewood Delivery/Stacking – Your Last Detail will arrange the delivery of seasoned firewood to be delivered and stacked. We will also stack the wood inside the home.

Yard Care – Your Last Detail can arrange for all of the property owner’s yard care needs, including tree trimming/removal, lawn care, leaves raked and removed and professional landscaping services. This also includes watering of the lawn and plants, as well as, the setup and take down of patio/lawn furniture. Winterize irrigation systems.

Pest Removal/Prevention Service – Your Last Detail uses a professional pest control company to perform any necessary services.

Property Accounting – Your Last Detail will receive the property owner’s bills (utilities, property taxes, insurance, mortgages, etc.) and pay the bills in a timely manner with documented proof of payment.

Chimney Sweeps and Cleanings – Your Last Detail will arrange and oversee the cleaning of chimneys on an annual basis to ensure a safe and effective flue system.
